Contact Cleanroom Systems Service Department at
1-800 825-3268 should you require on-site repair/maintenance of
equipment, need troubleshooting assistance or have service related
questions. Please have the unit Model Number and Serial Number available
when contacting Cleanroom Systems’ Service Department.
Each system is shipped with an Operations and Maintenance
Manual. Please refer to the Troubleshooting Section of the Manual
for guidance.
Equipment and/or parts sent back to Cleanroom Systems
must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
The RGA number must be clearly marked on all packing slips, labels
or outer packaging. Please contact Cleanroom Systems’ Service
Department for a Return Goods Authorization number.
