The Cleanroom Systems family of environmental control
units for micro environments combine all necessary elements to control
environmental conditions into one complete small package. These
units are intended for process level control of very small tools
and test instruments and are available in several standard sizes
and configurations as well as custom configurations and incorporate
the following features:
- Completely self-contained and pre-tested
- Painted steel or stainless steel construction
- Thermoelectric cooling systems to eliminate compressor vibration,
